Marilyn Krichko

Marilyn is passionate about leadership and team building. In 1998 Marilyn founded The OARS Program teambuilding company, now organized as Criterion Consulting Solutions, where she currently is a Managing Partner. The Rowers’ Code™ programs and book followed and are the backbone of the leadership and teambuilding programs Criterion offers today.

Marilyn’s business experience includes worldwide strategy and marketing programs, IT solutions delivery, program management, process improvement and executive/team development. She has worked both in the United States and abroad in intense multilingual, multinational environments, requiring extensive teamwork and collaboration.

Marilyn received her undergraduate degree in marketing and MBA from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida and holds a certificate in Total Quality Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.

When not at work, Marilyn enjoys rowing, cycling and cross-country skiing.
She lives with her family in Seattle, Washington.

Jane Rollinson

Jane Rollinson

In 2006 Jane began leading the team at Criterion Consulting Solutions as President & CEO. Jane is a visible leader within the healthcare industry. She has selected and led successful teams at the local, regional, national and international levels with organizations such as Price Waterhouse, Humana, United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Jane has spent 30 years building and leading at the operational, executive and board levels. Jane focuses on Strategic Planning and the execution of strategies that help organizations attain profitable growth. Jane received her B.S., Business Administration from West Virginia University and advanced certificates from the Wharton School, Harvard University, the Cambridge Center for behavioral Studies and the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University. Jane is an avid golfer and resides with her family in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Marti Hamlen

Marti Hamlen

Marti Hamlen is a facilitator and program developer for the Rowers’ Code program and has worked with Marilyn from the very beginning. Marti is a certified facilitator for both the Myers-Briggs and Team Management Systems suites of team diagnostic tools, and holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Some of Marti’s personal highlights include consulting in Southeast Asia, Russia and Central Europe, and facilitating planning, leadership and team development sessions with dozens of groups across several industries. Her experience includes working in the areas of applied research, strategic planning, organizational development, international education, university instruction and Board governance. Her passions include travel, writing and reading. Marti lives in British Columbia with her husband.

Theresa Callahan

Theresa Callahan

Theresa Callahan is a lead facilitator, manages the Train-the-Trainer program and helps with program development. She is a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and is the author of Managing for Performance: Building Accountability for Team Success. Theresa has worked with hundreds of business owners and team leaders throughout the country for over 15 years. Her specialized training and experience include Executive Leadership Development, Change Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Teambuilding and Sales Training in industries that include technology, insurance and financial services, start-ups non-profit and architecture. Her passions include travel, hiking, winetasting and music. Theresa lives in Seattle, WA, with her family.

Laurie Litwack

Laurie Litwack

Laurie earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada, with a concentration in Management Sciences. Her problem-solving and organizational development skills served her well in her career from IBM to Bell Northern Research through two decades at the Microsoft Corporation. During her tenure at Microsoft, Laurie led engineering teams on operating systems development as well as specialized version one products. She had an ongoing commitment to deepening her team’s customer knowledge and engagement. In a company-wide role, she designed and developed training for technical employees.

Building on her experience with diverse employees, large cross-team efforts, and complex objectives, she is passionate about guiding projects and people to success. She enjoys big challenges, and as a mother of teenagers, life provides them on a regular basis.
